Lymphatic Drainage Massage Sessions

Lymphatic drainage aids in moving fluid to the lymph node regions in your body (neck, arm pits, abdomen, groin). With downward strokes are used with a dry brush to clear the area of stagnant fluid, and upward motions are used to drain the lymphatic system.
Our therapists will use a Dry Brush (that you may keep after your session) followed by a massage with detox oil.

Hot Stone - $20
Your therapist will place heated stones on specific points of your body, such as the back, legs, and stomach. Hot stone massage has been known to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, increase relaxation and stress relief, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, ease joint pain and stiffness and enhance immune function.
Yoga Balm - $10
This integrative approach enhances your body’s natural inclination toward wellness. Aromatherapy - $20

Cupping - $20
Cupping has benefits such as the promotion of healing for sore muscles, back/neck pain, skin diseases, and for lowering cholesterol, relieving migraines, knee arthritis, and improving immune function. Some side effects to keep in mind are circular marks where the cups may have been placed, hematoma(bruising), and skin discoloration.
Gua Sha - $20
Gua Sha is an effective method for detoxifying the body, stimulating the lymphatic and nervous systems, and promoting the healing of tissues, organs, and structures. The repeated, even strokes draw stagnant fluids to the surface, remove toxic pathogens, and promote the flow of fresh, oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood and lymph.
